Motivated philanthropists, leading media organizations and celebrities from around the world are joining forces to honor our Nurse Heroes through an exciting international art contest and a series of digitally broadcast concerts.

The initiative will also provide funds for programs including scholarships for nurses and their children.

There is an urgency to supporting our nurses and their families.  We face a rapidly accelerating shortage of nurses.  Prior to COVID -19 we had a shortage of trained nurses in the United States; if nothing changes by 2022 we will have about 1 million fewer nurses than we need.

Your Donation Has a Measurable and Beneficial Impact!

• $25 pays for a set of nurse 'scrubs' (nurse uniform)

• $50 pays for a nursing textbook

• $75 pays for a stethoscope

• $3,600 pays for one semester of tuition, fees, and books for a student at a Community College studying to become a Licensed Practical Nurse ('LPN' or Nursing Assistant).

• $6,200 pays for one semester of tuition, fees, and books for a student studying in-state at a public college for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing ('BSN') to become a Registered Nurse ('RN')

• $12,400 pays for one year of tuition, fees, and books for a student studying in-state at a public college for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing to become a Registered Nurse.

• $100,000 fully funds the tuition, fees, and books for 15 students studying at an in-state community college for the one year of study required to become LPN's.

• $1 million fully funds the tuition, fees, and books for 20 students studying at an in-state public college for the four year
